Returns & RMAs
All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from KoolMore. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and must be in original packaging. If the item is not defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds or credits are issued after inspection at our warehouse.
Delivery Inspection
A signature on the delivery manifest or bill of lading confirms full receipt of goods in good condition. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Claims & Replacements
Claims for missing parts, damage, or defects must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. KoolMore will repair or replace items affected by manufacturer error at no charge. If a return is preferred, a restocking fee may apply and original shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
