JKT Vending Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with JKT Vending. We’re committed to providing you with a smooth experience from purchase to delivery. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.


1. 📌 Product-Specific Return Terms

Return eligibility, timeframes, and conditions may vary by product or supplier. Please refer to the Return Policy information on each product page for details that apply to that item.

If a product does not list a custom return policy, the storewide policy below applies.


2. ✅ General Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (unless otherwise specified)

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

  • All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


3. 🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is not defective, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

  • Use a trackable service and retain proof of shipment

  • If you're unsure how to package or ship, contact us for help


4. 💵 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Eligible returns will receive a full refund or store credit

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear after processing

  • Store credit will be issued via code or account balance


5. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be marked as non-returnable or may have different return terms due to supplier agreements. Please review the product page or contact Customer Service with questions.


6. 🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact Customer Service immediately

  • Provide photos or video of the product and packaging

  • We’ll arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable

  • Warranty claims may require additional documentation or parts replacement


7. 🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item.


8. 🔁 Return Process Summary

  1. Email support@jktvending.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Receive an RMA number and return instructions

  3. Ship your item securely in original packaging

  4. Upon inspection, we’ll issue a refund or store credit

  5. A confirmation email will be sent once processed
