Return & Damage Policy (Coastal Amusements)
Returns are not accepted for Coastal Amusements crane or claw machines unless the item is damaged during shipping.
Upon delivery:
Inspect your machine before signing. Note any damage or shortages on the delivery receipt (POD). For major damage, refuse delivery and write “Refused – Damaged” on the POD.
Concealed damage:
If damage is found after delivery, report it within 5 business days with clear photos of the machine and packaging. Email support@jktvending.com.
Claims made after 5 days may be denied or partially compensated per carrier guidelines.
