$50/month for a Single cooler
$125/month total for 2, 3, or 4-cooler configurations
Credit Card Processing Fee: 5.5% per transaction
Service Contract: 12-month commitment required
Early Termination: Remaining service fees for the contract term will apply
1-Year Warranty – Parts & Labor
All Smart Store 700 systems include a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturer-related defects.
To maintain warranty coverage:
Follow all installation and usage instructions from the official user manual
Each unit must connect to a dedicated power outlet (no extension cords or shared circuits)
Returns Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of shipment
Subject to a restocking fee
If your unit arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly
Shipping & Onboarding Notice
For new Cantaloupe customers, onboarding and account setup may take up to 3 weeks to complete before your unit can ship. Please plan accordingly.
