Fees & Service Costs
Monthly Software Fee:
$50/month for a Single cooler
$125/month total for 2, 3, or 4-cooler systems
Credit Card Processing Fee: 5.5% per transaction
Service Contract: 12-month commitment required
Early Termination: Remaining service fees must be paid for the full term if canceled early
These fees support the system’s real-time performance, cashless transaction capability, and cloud-based remote management tools.
1-Year Parts & Labor Warranty
Each Smart Store 600 system includes a 1-year warranty covering parts and labor for manufacturer-related defects.
To maintain warranty eligibility:
Follow all installation and operational guidelines in the official user manual
Connect each unit to a dedicated power outlet (no extension cords, power strips, or shared circuits)
Returns Policy
Returns accepted within 30 days of shipment
